This is simple. We don’t want to keep your money unless you feel that we have earned your business. If you are unhappy with us for any reason, just let me know at jason@baelys.com – our rule is simple – exceed the expectations of every single customer. If we fail to follow our rule, let me know and you don’t pay.
We only want to make money by earning it. We only earn it with happy customers, not by keeping people’s money who feel like we did not live up to our part of the deal. So if we disappoint you, just tell me. I’ll make you happy.
